LucentSKIN has a 12-month product warranty for anything that may go wrong with your handset. We do not accept the damage caused by the user.
If your product is defective from the factory and you require a replacement, simply follow these instructions:
You have 12 months from the date ordered, to process a warranty application.
Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved for a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION
Lucentskin orders are shipped within 48 hours after the order is completed.
Customers can cancel the order regardless of the reason by contacting our customer service team via email@example.com within 48 hours.
After 48 hours, a cancelation fee of 100thb will be paid by the customer to cover shipping fees. If an order is cancelled before the order is shipped, no fee will be due.
Orders may end up being returned for various reasons including: incorrect address, unable to reach the customer, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will need to email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange redelivery and will also have to pay for all postage costs.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Results will vary greatly from person to person, depending on the conditions of hormones/skin the user has. In case the product is defective, we will replace the defected with a new one promptly after the defected reach out warehouse.
Lucentskin will offer a refund, but only within 7 days and only for defective or damaged items. This refund is only available if all items provided are returned in their original state, and include all packing material, original manuals and instructions, and any accessories that came with them. Partially returned items will NOT be accepted. Once the product has been used, it will not be liable for a refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping costs upon return. Refund will be limited to the cost of the item being returned via regular post not express. An item returned via express is the responsibility of the user and a partial refund of only the actual regular mail will be refunded. It is the user’s responsibility to be aware of this.
If an item has a defect and needs to be returned, you must first email firstname.lastname@example.org and describe your problem, as well as pictures or video as a proof of the problem claimed.
